Entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the Prize Draw are not allowed.
There will be one winner. The winner will be chosen at random on 30.08.24 by a randomised computer process from all valid entries received.
The winner will be the first valid entry drawn.
The winner will win 1x 1.35L of Apple & Pear, 1x 1.35L Apple & Mango, 1x 1.35L Cloudy Apple, 1x 1.35L Apple & Elderflower, 1x 1.35L Smooth Orange and 1x Fortnum and Mason Tea Hamper or equivalent valued at £70. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner by Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw within 5 working days of 30.08.24 and the Promoter will provide details on how the winner can claim the Prize. The winner has 7 days after the Prize Draw Notification Date to accept the Prize. If the winner fails to claim their Prize within the timescale the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter may re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 6.
The Prize will be posted to the winner's address provided within 30 days of the winner claiming the prize.
The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Without prejudice to paragraphs 13 and 14 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 13 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.
Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to):

content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism;
violent content;
excessive profanity;
content that is harmful to minors in any way; or
content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted, and the individual's entry disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
