Tropicana Products UK Ltd (Company number: 13650169) of 10 Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 1BR ("Promoter") is offering you a chance to win 2 tickets for Taste Of London across the weekend of the 19th – 21st of June 2026 (the "Prize Draw"). Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
This Prize Draw is open to UK residents excluding Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years old and over at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. You may not enter this Prize Draw if you are an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of its group companies, or professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration.
To enter this Prize Draw you must follow the @copellajuice Instagram account, tag a friend in the comments and like the post. The competition will be live between Friday 5th of June 2026 at 5:00pm until Tuesday 9th of June 2026 at 5:00pm (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Prize Draw Period"). Entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the Prize Draw are not allowed.
There will be one winner, from Instagram. The winner will be chosen at random on Wednesday 10th of June 2026, by a randomised computer process from all valid entries received.
The winner will be the first valid entry drawn.
The winner will win 2 general admission tickets (one pair of tickets) for Taste Of London (the "Prize"). The winner will choose 1 slot across the weekend to attend the event. The event timing options will be provided by the promoter once the winner has been selected. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs, incurred are the responsibility of the winner(s).
Copella will notify the winner(s) by direct message on Instagram on or after 10/06/2026 (the "Prize DrawNotification Date") and [the Promoter] will provide details on how the winner(s) can claim the Prize. The winner(s) have 7 days after the Prize Draw Notification Date to accept the Prize. If the winner(s) fail(s) to claim their Prize within the 7-day timescale the winner(s) will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 6.
The Prize will be emailed to the winners email address provided within 30 days of the winner claiming the prize.
The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter to assist with running the promotion and authorized third-parties which shall assist the Promoter with running the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. If third parties are included the Promoter shall be considered as Controller and authorized third-parties as Processor of personal data and both of them shall obey the UK’s data protection legislation. Subject to paragraphs 14 and 15, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to contactuseurope@tropicana.com the winner(s) surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.
Entrants to the Prize Draw shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 12. You can object by contacting privacyeurope@tropicana.com.
Without prejudice to paragraphs 1213 and 1413 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 1213 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.
Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted, and the individual's entry disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.
The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The Promoter's decision is final in relation to this Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
This Prize Draw and the Promoter's @copellajuice page(s) are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram. By entering into the Prize Draw, entrants release Instagram and Meta from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Prize Draw.
Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any death or personal injury, product liability claim, costs, expenses, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a prize or participation in this Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Promoter for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.
These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and the Promoter both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction [except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland], and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
